This mixed-use development comprises three distinct buildings totaling approximately 15,016 square feet, designed to accommodate a café, retail spaces, and a restaurant.
The project is designed around the client’s vision of clean, cost-effective vanilla box interiors — featuring large open spaces, white paint finishes, no ceilings, and bare minimum lighting and ventilation — while ensuring structural integrity and future adaptability.
